By accessing and using Pelnora.in, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (T&C) and our Customer Assurance and Policy (which includes our specific Return, Refund, and Exchange rules). If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website or services.


1. General Conditions and Account Use

Eligibility: By placing an order with Pelnora, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or are accessing the site under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all transactions made on our store.
Modification of T&C: Pelnora reserves the right to update, change, or replace any part of these T&C by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.
Pricing and Errors: We strive to ensure all pricing and product information is accurate. In the event of an error in product description, pricing, or availability, we reserve the right to correct the error, even after an order has been submitted. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase, we will notify you and promptly issue a refund.


2. Orders, Payment, and Acceptance

Order Confirmation: Your receipt of an order confirmation does not signify our final acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.
Payment Security: You understand that your payment information is transferred using encryption. We do not store sensitive credit card information.
Billing Information: We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. This includes orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address.


3. Product-Specific Guarantees and Disclaimers

The following provisions are subject to the detailed rules set out in the Pelnora Customer Assurance and Policy.
Colour and Representation: We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate. Slight colour variations, especially with printed apparel (T-shirts, Suits), are not considered defects.
Apparel Sizing: While we provide sizing charts, minor size variations (typically within 0.5 inches to 1 inch) are standard in garment manufacturing. Size and fit issues are handled according to the 7-Day Money Back Guarantee rules (where hygiene exclusions apply) and are not considered manufacturing defects.
Jewellery Assurance: The 1-Year Anti-Tarnish Assurance is a quality guarantee for manufacturing defects in plating only. It does not warrant against general wear, physical damage, misuse, or exposure to harsh chemicals.


4. International Orders and Liability

Compliance: By placing an international order, you are responsible for ensuring that the products can be lawfully imported to the destination country.
Customs and Risk: All risk of loss and title for items purchased from Pelnora pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. We are not liable for any delays, confiscation, or additional charges imposed by customs in the destination country.
Fees and Taxes: As stated in our policy, you are solely responsible for all local duties, taxes, and customs fees (DDU). Failure to pay these will result in costs being deducted from any refund, should the item be returned to us.


5. Intellectual Property and Use of Website

Copyright: All content published on Pelnora.in, including text, graphics, logos, images, digital downloads, and data compilations, is the property of Gulpreet Pal Singh (Pelnora.in) or its content suppliers and is protected by Indian and international copyright laws.
Limited License: Pelnora grants you a limited license to access and make personal use of this site, but not to download (other than page caching) or modify it, or any portion of it, except with express written consent of Pelnora.in.
Prohibited Uses: You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not transmit any viruses or any code of a destructive nature.


6. Limitation of Liability

Disclaimer: We do not guarantee, represent, or warrant that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
Maximum Liability: In no case shall Pelnora, its owner, affiliates, agents, or suppliers be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service, exceeding the original purchase price paid by you for the product giving rise to the claim.


7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Jurisdiction: Any disputes relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the city where Pelnora‘s operating office (as per merchant records) is located.

Pelnora: General Product Warranty

This policy defines the warranty scope for products outside of the specific 1-Year Anti-Tarnish Assurance already detailed in our main Customer Assurance Policy.

1. Scope and Coverage

Jewellery: The only specific warranty provided for jewellery is the 1-Year Anti-Tarnish Assurance covering manufacturing defects in the plating/finish. No other general warranty is provided against breakage, loss of stones, or physical damage due to misuse.
Apparel, Footwear, and Bags: Products including Traditional Suits, Jeans, Heels, Lingerie, etc., are not sold with a separate manufacturer or extended warranty.
Exclusion of Manufacturer Warranty: Products sold on Pelnora.in do not typically come with a separate manufacturer warranty. For any issues within the 7-day return window, customers must contact the Pelnora.in Customer Service Team directly.

2. Warranty Exclusions (Applies to all products)

The warranty, guarantee, or assurance provided by Pelnora does not cover any issues arising from:
Normal Wear and Tear: Gradual deterioration, fading, or minor damage that occurs naturally over time.
Misuse, Abuse, or Neglect: Damage resulting from accidental breakage, unauthorized alteration, exposure to harsh chemicals (e.g., perfumes, chlorine, bleach), excessive force, or improper storage.
Lost or Stolen Items: Pelnora is not responsible for products that are lost or stolen after delivery has been confirmed by the logistics partner.

3. Reporting and Resolution

Any issue related to a manufacturing defect must be reported within the specified timeframe (2 days for domestic delivery defects, 7 days for international delivery defects) as detailed in the Returns and Refund Policy.
Any resolution (repair, replacement, or refund) for defects outside the 7-day window, but within the scope of the 1-Year Anti-Tarnish Assurance (jewellery only), is determined solely by Pelnora.


Pelnora: Discount and Coupon Code Policy

This policy governs the terms of use for all promotional codes, discount vouchers, and special offers issued by Pelnora.

1. General Conditions of Use

Validity: Coupon codes are valid only for a specific time period and will expire on the date indicated in the offer.
Single Use/Per Customer: Unless otherwise stated, codes are typically limited to one use per customer and per transaction.
Non-Transferable: Codes are non-transferable and may not be sold, copied, or exchanged.
Exclusions: Codes may not be applicable to certain product categories (e.g., clearance, final sale, or specific high-value items) or may require a minimum purchase value. These exclusions will be specified in the promotion details.

2. Combining Discounts

No Stacking: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, discount codes, coupons, and promotional offers cannot be combined or used in conjunction with any other active offer, sale price, or site-wide promotion. Only one discount can be applied per order.
Maximum Discount: In cases where a product is already discounted, applying a coupon code will only give the higher of the two discounts, not both combined.

3. Expiration and Order Cancellation

Expired Codes: Expired coupon codes will not be accepted, and their validity date cannot be extended.
Refund/Exchange Value: If an item purchased using a discount code is returned (where eligible under the Returns and Refund Policy), the refund amount will be equal to the price paid by the customer (i.e., the discounted price), not the original product price. The discount code itself will not be reissued or refunded.

4. Code Misuse

Pelnora reserves the right to cancel or revoke any order where a discount code was used fraudulently, incorrectly, or contrary to the terms of the offer. The customer will be given the option to pay the difference or cancel the order.
