Pelnora: Shipping Policy
This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions for the delivery of your purchase from Pelnora.in. It must be read in conjunction with our comprehensive Customer Assurance and Policy.

  1. Domestic Shipping (Within India)
    A. Processing and Dispatch Time
    Processing Time: All orders require 1 to 2 working days for verification, quality check, and packaging before dispatch.

Ready-to-Ship Items: Products listed as “Ready-to-Ship” will generally be dispatched within 1 working day.

Custom/Made-to-Order Items: Items like certain suits or apparel requiring custom finishing or sizing may require 3 to 7 working days before dispatch. The estimated processing time will be clearly stated on the product page.

B. Delivery Time and Charges
Estimated Delivery: Once dispatched, domestic orders typically take 3 to 7 working days for delivery, depending on the destination pin code.

Shipping Method: We partner with reputable third-party logistics providers (e.g., Delhivery, Blue Dart, Xpressbees) to ensure safe and timely delivery.

Shipping Fees: Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on the order value and destination. We may offer Free Standard Shipping above a certain cart value, which will be prominently displayed on the website.

Cash on Delivery (COD): COD services are available for select pin codes and order values, subject to a non-refundable COD handling fee (if applicable, charged at checkout).

C. Logistics Liability
Address Accuracy: The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Pelnora is not liable for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect address information provided by the customer.

Delivery Attempts: Our logistics partners will typically attempt delivery 2-3 times. If the package remains undeliverable after multiple attempts, it will be returned to us. If a package is returned to origin, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the item.

  1. International Shipping (Outside India)
    A. Processing, Time, and Rates
    Processing Time: International orders require 2 to 3 working days for processing and preparing export documentation.

Estimated Delivery: International transit times vary significantly by destination, but typically range from 7 to 14 working days after dispatch.

Shipping Rates: Shipping charges for international orders are calculated at checkout based on the package weight and destination country. These charges are non-refundable.

B. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (DDU)
Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU):
All international shipments are sent on a DDU basis. This means the prices charged by Pelnora DO NOT include any import duties, customs taxes, VAT, or local charges of the destination country.

Customer Responsibility: The customer is the importer of record and is solely responsible for paying all destination country duties, taxes, and fees upon arrival of the package.

Refusal of Shipment: If a customer refuses to accept or pay the required duties/taxes, the package will be abandoned or returned to Pelnora. Any costs incurred by Pelnora (including return shipping, storage, or duties imposed on the return) will be deducted from the refund amount, if applicable.

  1. Order Tracking
    Tracking Number: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and/or SMS notification containing your tracking number and a link to the courier’s website.

Tracking Updates: Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active and update after receiving the notification.

  1. Policy on Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Shipments
    Damaged on Arrival: If you receive a damaged or defective item, you must report it to our Customer Service team within the timeframe specified in our Returns and Refund Policy (2 days for domestic and 7 days for international) with mandatory photographic or video proof.

Lost Shipments: In the rare event a shipment is confirmed lost by our logistics partner, Pelnora will initiate a full refund or send a replacement order at no extra charge, following confirmation of the loss from the carrier.

Delays: Delivery estimates are calculated from the date of dispatch, not the order date. Pelnora is not liable for shipping delays caused by customs processing, severe weather events, national emergencies, or other factors outside the control of our logistics partners.

  1. Order Cancellation
    Cancellation Window: Orders can only be canceled if the request is made immediately after placement.

Shipping Initiation: Once an order is prepared, packaged, or shipping documentation has been generated and initiated by us or our logistics partners, cancellation is not possible. The order will then fall under the Returns and Refund Policy upon delivery.
